The power of attorney verification service is designed to automate the process of validating powers of attorney and viewing their details using QR codes.
The right to use the program for electronic computers is granted on the basis of a license agreement by providing remote access to the software.
Status; issue date; start date of validity; end date of validity; name of the principal company; who signed the power of attorney.
Allows users to enable collaboration between different accounting systems for ease of use.
Based on the incoming data, the service provides the current status of the power of attorney.
The status "Valid" is displayed along with the date when the powers granted by the power of attorney became effective.
When the power of attorney expires, the status "Invalid" is automatically updated in the electronic register, along with the date of termination of the power of attorney.
This status is displayed in the case of the power of attorney being revoked by the Principal.
The software is registered in the Register of Computer Programs of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) — Certificate of State Registration of Computer Programs No. 2024614596 dated February 27, 2024.
The software is also included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for electronic computers and databases, registry number: 23276 dated July 15, 2024.
